The Cambio Center welcomes you to a new school year, 2025-2026. If there is one thing that stays the same, it is change. This year, we have a host of new fellows to integrate, and two new board members (announcements coming soon!). In addition, two of our founding board members are moving to an “emeritus” status within our center, Drs. Corinne Valdivia and Lisa Flores.
We want to say a special thank you to Dr. Valdivia, in particular, as she also retires from her DECADES of work at the University of Missouri-Columbia. We know, however, this is not goodbye, as she will continue to work on our mission and vision, as we change and grow into our new circumstances. We welcome you all to join that vision: to lead research and outreach about Latin American populations, immigration, and integration in partnership with communities undergoing demographic change.
