REGISTRATION FEES

 

Full Conference

• $285 early bird; extended through May 5, 2024 
• $340 regular; through May 31, 2024 
• $385 late registration; beginning May 31, 2024 
• $150 Student Registration

 

Registration covers Wednesday light reception, Thursday breakfast and lunch and Friday breakfast, and attendance at all workshops, presentations, and performances. (See Schedule for more details)

 

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the MU Conference office at muconf4@missouri.edu, and will be accepted up to May 3, 2024. There will be a $50 processing fee for cancelling. After May 3, 2024, no refunds will be processed.

 

One Day Registration

• $150; Thursday, June 6, 2024

 

Site Visits

• $45 early bird registration; through April 26, 2024
• $55 late registration; beginning April 26, 2024

 

On Friday, June 7th, conference participants can join our Site Visit Tour to three local immigrant-serving organizations for an additional fee $45 (early registration); $55 late registration. Site visits will run from 12:45-4:10 pm. Check out these wonderful sites we will be visiting:

 

• The Guadalupe Centers

The Guadalupe Centers is the longest continuously operating agency serving the Latino community in the United States. Our mission is to improve lives in Latino communities throughout the Kansas City area.

 

 

• El Centro

The mission of El Centro, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation, is “strengthening communities and improving lives of Latinos and others through educational, social, and economic opportunities.”

 

• Latinx Education Collaborative

The Latinx Education Collaborative (LEC) in Kansas City, established in 2018, endeavors to increase Latinx educator representation, advocate for equity, empower Latinx families and communities, and pioneer initiatives to address systemic barriers and create a more inclusive educational landscape.
