Registration
Scholarships are available for students and community members; please click link to apply (priority deadline March 31). Presenters and scholarship recipients must register by April 15, 2025.
Conference Fees
- $285 early bird registration – deadline April 30, 2025
- $340 regular registration – deadline May 30, 2025
- $385 late registration – deadline June 4, 2025
- $150 Student Registration
**Registration will cover meals during the conference (a reception on Wednesday evening, light snacks, lunches) and attendance at all workshops, presentations, and performances. (Schedule with more details will be posted by March 2025.)
Site Visits
- $45 early bird registration – deadline April 30, 2025
- $55 late registration – deadline June 4, 2025
On Thursday or Friday morning, participants will have the opportunity to learn more about immigrant-serving agencies and programs in the St. Louis region. For a small additional fee of $45 (early bird rate), which covers transportation and a meal, participants can visit one of the following. Please mark your choice when you register!

Cultivating Community: The Seed St. Louis International Farm Tour
This event offers participants a guided tour of Seed St. Louis’s International Farm, led by an experienced farm member. You’ll gain first-hand knowledge about the farm’s operations and impact and engage in discussions on the critical importance of land access for immigrant and refugee communities in St. Louis. The International Farm plays a key role in affirming cultural identity, promoting food security and skill development, and providing a welcoming space for diverse communities to connect and learn.
