REGISTRATION FEES

 

Full Conference
  • $285 early bird; extended through May 5, 2024 
  • $340 regular; through May 31, 2024 
  • $385 late registration; beginning May 31, 2024 
  • $150 Student Registration

 

Registration covers Wednesday light reception, Thursday breakfast and lunch and Friday breakfast, and attendance at all workshops, presentations, and performances. (See Schedule for more details)

 

One Day Registration
  • $150; Thursday, June 6, 2024

 

Site Visits
  • $45 early bird registration; through April 26, 2024
  • $55 late registration; beginning April 26, 2024

 

On Friday, June 7th, conference participants can join a site visit to a local immigrant-serving organization for an additional fee $45 (early registration); $55 late registration. Site visits will tentatively run from 1:30-4:00 pm. Two sites are confirmed, with one more that might be added by the end of March. Options currently include:

 

The Guadalupe Centers is the longest continuously operating agency serving the Latino community in the United States. Our mission is to improve lives in Latino communities throughout the Kansas City area.

 

 

The mission of El Centro, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation, is “strengthening communities and improving lives of Latinos and others through educational, social, and economic opportunities.”

 

The Latinx Education Collaborative (LEC) in Kansas City, established in 2018, endeavors to increase Latinx educator representation, advocate for equity, empower Latinx families and communities, and pioneer initiatives to address systemic barriers and create a more inclusive educational landscape.
