Scholarships are available for students and community members; priority deadline is March 16, 2026. (Application link will be posted soon.)

Presenters and scholarship recipients must register by April 6, 2026.

Conference Fees

• $285 early bird registration – April 13, 2026
• $340 regular registration – May 26, 2026
• $385 late registration – deadline June 3, 2025
• >$150 Student Registration

*Registration will cover most meals during the conference as well as attendance at all workshops, presentations, and performances. Site visits are an additional fee. Schedule with more details will be posted by March 2026.

Site Visits

• $45 early bird registration – deadline April 29, 2026
• $55 late registration – deadline June 3, 2026

On Thursday or Friday, participants will have the opportunity to learn more about immigrant-serving agencies and programs in the Columbia, Missouri region. For a small additional fee of $45 (early bird rate), which covers transportation and a meal, participants can visit one of the following. Please mark your choice when you register!
