Scholarships are available for students and community members; priority deadline is March 16, 2026. (Application link will be posted soon.)

Presenters and scholarship recipients must register by April 6, 2026.

Conference Fees

Registration will cover most meals during the conference as well as attendance at all workshops, presentations, and performances. New this year! Site visits may be included with early registration; discount fee TBD.

• $340 regular registration – May 26, 2026
• $385 late registration – deadline June 3, 2026
• $150 student registration – deadline June 3, 2026

Friday Morning Options: Site Visit or Workshop!

On Friday morning, participants will have the opportunity to learn more about immigrant-serving agencies and/or working within immigrant communities in mid-Missouri. Participants will choose one of the following options when you register:
